Cantina Panizzari: over a century of tradition

Azienda Agricola Panizzari was founded in the late 1800s from Grandpa Angelo’s love for wine. Over more than a century of history, Giovanni Battista, Angelo, and finally Davide Panizzari have carried on the tradition of producing high-quality DOC and IGP wines. Today, among the gentle hills of San Colombano, vineyards naturally blend with the landscape. Cantina Panizzari represents an authentic and innovative reality—an emblem of sincere and surprising wines that embody the values, aromas, and scents of the family’s ancient passion.

Our Wines

Panizzari wines embody the essence of the land, the meticulous passion we bring to our daily work, and the value of time in harmony with nature. Time spent caring for our vineyards and time enjoyed savoring the fruits of our labor. All our grapes come from low-impact farming and are comparable to organic products.

Denomination: VSQ Metodo Classico Millesimato EXTRA BRUT

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

It features a broad aromatic profile characteristic of the variety, with notes of fresh green citrus, supported by a pronounced acidity. A robust and vibrant sparkling wine with excellent persistence and great length, ideal for aging.

It pairs perfectly with raw fish dishes but also complements rich, fatty dishes where a good palate cleanser is needed.

Production is limited to 3,500 bottles, with approximately 700 stored at the winery for an additional 40 months of aging on the lees (totaling 80 months).

Between Food, Wine, and Fun. Tenuta Panizzari is a special place, nestled in the peaceful hills of San Colombano al Lambro and surrounded by our vineyards. In the agriturismo’s dining hall—once an ancient barrel cellar and now run by Mina, the family cook—you can enjoy seasonal, locally sourced products all year round. During the warmer months, our outdoor area, set amidst lush greenery, offers the perfect setting for guests to relax or host special open-air events.

Our Location

Certified Educational Farm in San Colombano

Since 2001, Azienda Agricola Panizzari has been certified by the Lombardy Region as an Educational Farm. Throughout the year, we welcome children, teenagers, and adults for various educational activities in the vineyard. Today, we are the only farm in San Colombano al Lambro certified as an Educational Farm. A visit to our farm is a valuable opportunity to learn about the ancient art of winemaking and to understand the natural rhythm of the seasons.
