The Panizzari Agricultural Company was born at the end of the nineteenth century from the love of grandfather Angelo for the wine that he has been able to pass on the ancient farming tradition. Over the years my grandfather Giovanni Battista, my father Angelo and, subsequently, I have strengthened our production with qualified research and a notable development of our vineyards, following strictly artisanal processing methods that determine the high quality of our products. Since then, our relationship with customers has always been direct, this has allowed us to meet their needs and improve our wine.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
It has a broad aromatic profile characteristic of the varieties. It contains hints of green, fresh citrus, supported by a marked acidity. Muscular and very nerve sparkling wine, with excellent persistence and great length, suitable for aging.
It goes perfectly with raw fish, but also with fatty dishes where a good cleaning is required.
The production is limited to 3500 bottles of which 700 are stored in the company for a further refinement on the lees for another 40 months (80 months).

Attività didattica
Since 1995 our company has been welcoming children of all ages for guided tours. Given the great interest of the boys in our work, we decided to specialize in the didactic activities trying to convey all our passion for nature and its fruits. In 2001, after a series of courses on the subject, we obtained certification from the Lombardy Region as an educational farm and, to this day, we are the only farm certified as a Educational Farm in San Colombano. We collaborate with some local institutions that deal with the initiation of autonomy of minimally disabled children, involving them with autonomous tasks and activities, such as collaboration in bottling, tying the vines and building the company garden.
